DELIVERY or PICK UP:

• Order before noon, your order will be shipped the next day or may be same day.
• We offer Free shipping on most stock orders over $299, not including motor oil products and spark plugs.
• Warehouse Pick Up hours
  Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm (Pacific Time)
  Saturday by appointment only
•  All Claims must be reported within 7 days

RETURN:

• All Product returns must be authorized in advance by Falcon Oil and assigned a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number.
• All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
• No return goods will be accepted beyond 3 months from the date of invoice.
• We are not responsible for freight on returns other than shipments made in error.
• Any Customer returning product without an approved RGA will automatically receive a 15% restocking fee or refusal at sender’s expenses.
• & Special Order Items (i.e. equipment) are non-returnable.
